multi-family residences, and over 3,000 real estate
transactions. Greg Newhall is a licensed real estate
broker for NWTradition.com and specializes in the company’s
management of single and multifamily rental properties.
He holds degrees in construction management and architecture.
Gary Jones’ financial management is also utilized in
other NJS affiliates, including
Newhall Jones and Stackman, LLC (speculative and
custom home building),
Contour, Inc. (land development),
Encore Custom Homes (custom homes) and
American Dream Homes, Inc. (home builders). He holds
a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has
extensive experience in cash management and financial
practices. Combined, their expertise in the unique intricacies
of the different NJS companies gives them a depth of
knowledge and foresight beyond that of many of their
peer companies.
